Return Eligibility
We allow returns that are requested within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only permitted for items that meet the following criteria:
Have not been used and remain in their original condition
Have all original packaging instructions and accessories
Include an order number or purchase proof
Are offered for return with a request
Non-Returnable Items
The items that fall into the following categories are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that are made to order or are specially made for a customer
Products that include a digital download or printable patterns
Gift vouchers
Items that have been marked down and are on clearance or final sale
Craft kits that have been opened and are missing some of their contents
Items that are received with a defect that have been damaged in transit or that are not as ordered
Please complete an inspection of your order as soon as it has been received.
If any of the above situations apply to you please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at [support@diybeadanimal.com].
In your email list your order number describe the situation and include clear photos of the item and of the packaging.
You will not incur any cost to receive a replacement or to receive store credit or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return please send an email to [support@diybeadanimal.com] that includes:
Your order number
The item(s) you are requesting to return
The reason you are requesting to return the item(s)
If you do not request a return and send the item(s) back we will not be able to process your return.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an order because of a defect that we are responsible for we will cover the cost of return shipping.
In all other situations you will be responsible for return shipping and we will not refund shipping fees we paid to ship your order to you.
To help ensure your return items arrive safely to us we do recommend that you use an option that provides tracking.
Refund and Return Requests
Standard return requests are completed after we receive your return and complete an inspection.
We will notify you once your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be completed via your original payment method and will take between 5 and 10 business days.
Inspected returns will be exchanged for defective or damaged items only.
All other item exchanges must be completed by an original item return (if eligible) in conjunction with a new sales order.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been entered into processing or have yet to be placed into shipped status. This may occur within 12 to 24 hours of confirmation of order placement.
